05

Meta lead forms and advertising enquiries

We use Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, to collect enquiries through lead forms and advertising campaigns.

If you submit your details through a Meta lead form, we may use the information you provide to contact you about the relevant enquiry and, where appropriate, related Carbon Yachts products, brands, events or services.

We may also use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta and Google tools, to understand campaign performance, improve our advertising and communicate with relevant audiences.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

06

Private Yacht Equity and related co-ownership opportunities

From time to time, Carbon Yachts may identify that a client or enquiry may be suitable for a premium yacht co-ownership, shared ownership or equity-share opportunity, including through Private Yacht Equity or a related Carbon Yachts offering.

Where this is reasonably connected to your enquiry, stated interests or boating profile, we may share limited relevant information with Private Yacht Equity for the purpose of introducing or assessing a potential co-ownership opportunity.

This may include your name, contact details, boating interests, preferred vessel type, location and general enquiry context.

We will not share more information than is reasonably necessary for that purpose. If you do not want your information considered for Private Yacht Equity or related co-ownership opportunities, you can tell us at any time.

07

  • regulators, authorities or other parties where required by law
  • Private Yacht Equity or related co-ownership offerings as described above
  • brand principals, manufacturers or suppliers where necessary to respond to your enquiry, arrange a purchase, support a warranty claim, provide technical information or deliver a service

Where we disclose personal information overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled appropriately.
