The Worlds First Electric Foiling Boat Is Coming Downunder!
We are pleased to announce that Carbon Yachts, the Australian distributor of Candela Boats, is bringing Australia’s first Candela C-8, the world’s premier electric hydrofoiling boat, to Sydney. This revolutionary vessel will arrive in Sydney this July and make its Australian premiere at the Sydney International Boat Show from August 1-4.
The Candela C-8 represents a significant advancement in sustainable boating, featuring advanced technology and exceptional performance. Equipped with the state-of-the-art Polestar battery, the C-8 offers a range of 57 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 22 knots and can reach a top speed of 30 knots. This performance is made possible by Candela’s patented hydrofoiling design, which reduces water friction for an efficient and smooth ride.
